Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders through third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping method and pricing will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order details.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Rates are based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days after processing, but delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to track your order's status through the carrier’s website.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at katie@poppyroseapothecary.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with our refund and return policy.
