Refund Policy

At Poppy + Rose Apothecary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for products that have not been used. We ask that items be in their original, unused condition for a return or exchange.

  • Candles: Must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Aromatherapy Rollers: Must be unopened and unused.

  • Yoga Mats and Pillow Spray: Must be unused and still in their original packaging.

 

Return Process

  1. To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return your unused item and place a new order for a different product.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund or replacement.
